1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clothabit ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your password.

3. User Content and License

You retain ownership of all content (including photos and descriptions) you upload to Clothabit. By uploading, you grant Clothabit a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purposes of operating the App and providing services, including AI-based analysis and recommendations. Your content may be shared publicly only if you explicitly choose to share it.

4. Marketplace and Transactions

Clothabit lets users list items and express interest in buying, but does not process payments in the current version — any payment, delivery, or exchange is arranged directly between buyer and seller outside the App, at their own risk. Clothabit is not a party to those dealings and is not liable for fraud, non-delivery, or product quality issues.

5. Premium Subscription and Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions are not offered in the current version — no charges are made through the App. If subscriptions are introduced, they will be billed through the App Store / Google Play, renew automatically unless canceled in your store account settings, and these Terms will be updated first.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the App; (c) use bots or automated tools to manipulate the marketplace; (d) impersonate other users; (e) engage in harassment or abuse; (f) violate intellectual property rights of others.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or illegal conduct. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time through App settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about accuracy of AI recommendations, availability of marketplace items, or performance of third-party integrations. Use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clothabit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost profits, data loss, or interruptions in service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
